The two units

Your Lumin infrared sauna — Canadian Hemlock construction, carbon infrared heating panels, low-EMF (under 0.3 mG), and a dedicated ventilation system. Runs on a standard household outlet. Choose One (compact, 1–2 person), Two (2-person, full feature set), or Three (spacious, 3-person) based on your space and household. Full specs are on each sauna's individual page.

The Frost cold plunge — Premium acrylic, 1HP integrated chiller, 37–108°F range, ozone sterilization for easy water care, available in white, black, or metallic finish. Rated for indoor or outdoor installation (for outdoor use, we recommend shelter from direct rain and freeze protection in colder climates). Full specs are on the Frost's individual page.

How to use them together

The classical contrast therapy sequence alternates heat and cold — typically starting with the sauna, moving to the plunge, and repeating. Your included protocol guide walks through sequencing, timing, and how to build the practice gradually. We'll also cover it on your setup call. Start gentler than you think you need to; these protocols are powerful, and consistency matters more than intensity.

Delivery & what to expect

• Curbside delivery for both units — the carrier brings each crate to the end of your driveway; plan for help moving them inside

• Inspect both crates for damage before signing, and report any issues within 7 days with photos — we'll walk you through it on your setup call

Setting up two units is more involved than one, so your consultation covers both — delivery inspection, placement, assembly, water care for the Frost, and how to sequence your first contrast sessions. You don't figure it out alone.

Common questions

Why isn't the system cheaper than buying separately?
Honestly? Because we price every product at the manufacturer's set price, and we don't inflate "original" prices to fake a discount. The system costs the same as buying both units individually — what you get extra is the coordinated delivery, the combined setup support, and the protocol guide to use them as a system. The value is in the experience and guidance, not a markdown.

Can I buy the units separately instead?
Absolutely. Each sauna and the Frost have their own product pages. The system just bundles them with added support for people who know they want both.

Do both units arrive at the same time?
We coordinate delivery so they arrive in the same window where possible, though freight schedules can vary. We'll keep you updated on both.
