Refund policy
Our refund policy lasts 30 days from the date of delivery. If 30 days have passed since your order was delivered, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange. For complete details on return eligibility, shipping costs, and restocking fees, please see our Shipping & Returns Policy.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with all original packaging, accessories, and documentation. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, contact us at hello@stonehavenrecovery.com. Returns must be authorized by Stonehaven before shipping. Return shipping addresses vary by product and manufacturer — once your return is approved, we will provide you with the correct return address and detailed instructions specific to your order.
If your return is accepted, we'll provide return shipping instructions specific to your product. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility for non-defective returns and will be deducted from your refund — see our Shipping & Returns Policy for details. For defective or damaged products, return shipping is covered at no cost to you.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You can always contact us for any return questions at hello@stonehavenrecovery.com.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within 48 hours if the item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right. See our Shipping & Returns Policy for full inspection requirements.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including custom or made-to-order products, products with significant signs of use beyond reasonable inspection, and any product damaged due to misuse or improper installation. Sale items and gift cards are also non-returnable. If you have questions about whether your specific product is eligible for return, contact us before purchasing.
Exchanges
Stonehaven does not currently offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, please initiate a return as outlined in our Shipping & Returns Policy and place a new order for the replacement item once your return is accepted.
Refunds
We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we've approved your return, please contact us at hello@stonehavenrecovery.com.
