Every product we carry is backed by the manufacturer's limited warranty. Here's exactly what's covered, what isn't, and how to make a claim — no fine print games.
Coverage
Frost Cold Plunge Backed by a 1-year limited warranty. Coverage includes the tub body, plumbing components, and integrated chiller unit when used and maintained according to product guidelines.
Lumin Infrared Sauna Collection Includes a 1-year limited warranty covering the infrared heating panels, control systems, wood structure, and electrical components for residential use.
Warranty coverage begins the day you receive your product.
What's not covered
The manufacturer's limited warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear, including discoloration, fading, or changes in wood appearance over time
- Improper installation, or failure to follow the provided setup and maintenance instructions
- Misuse, abuse, or neglect of the product
- Modifications or repairs not authorized by the manufacturer or performed by an unauthorized technician
- Commercial use, unless explicitly covered under a separate commercial warranty agreement
- Damage caused by external factors such as extreme weather, fire, flood, pests, or power surges
How to make a claim
To submit a warranty claim, email us at hello@stonehavenrecovery.com with:
- Your full name and order number
- A detailed description of the issue
- Photos or video of the defect, if applicable
We'll help you through the process from there. Once a claim is received, it's assessed and resolved as fairly and quickly as possible — which may include repair, replacement of parts, or full product replacement.
Proof of purchase & terms
Warranty coverage applies to the original purchaser and is non-transferable. A valid proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required for all warranty claims.
