I'm Travis, and I started Stonehaven Recovery because the category needed something quieter.

Why this, why now

I've been in fitness my whole life, including a stretch of amateur bodybuilding in my late twenties. Physical training was never the hard part for me.

A few years ago, after a car accident, I went through the hardest mental period of my life. I came out of a long stretch of treatment and into a brutal recovery — months of withdrawal symptoms that nothing seemed to touch. During that time, an upper cervical chiropractor first suggested I try cold exposure as part of getting my nervous system back online. That conversation is the reason this company exists.
